Of course, the reason wind energy needs all this government help is that it is too expensive to catch on otherwise. By some measures it is over 50 percent costlier than conventional coal....

Science is about proof. It’s not about making predictions....

Plants may become more able to deal with water stress under higher carbon dioxide levels, thus deserts may get smaller as carbon dioxide levels increase. This impact is thought to be quite important.....

Would a greater level of public understanding of cap and trade lead to more or less support? What does it mean that more Republicans than Democrats understand the phrase? Does it matter if the elite out ahead of the public?.....
