Al Gore is the Barbra Streisand of Climate Science: a second-tier celerity who insists on hectoring the public about matters of public moment even though she is utterly unqualified to do so. Why should we care what Barbra Streisand has to say about (for example) the war in Iraq? We shouldn’t. Ditto with Al Gore.
