Science challenges climate change

"The purpose of the Petition Project is to demonstrate that the claim of 'settled science' and an overwhelming 'consensus' in favor of the hypothesis of human-caused global warming and consequent climatological damage is wrong. No such consensus or settled science exists. In PhD scientist signers alone, the project already includes 15 times more scientists than are seriously involved in the United Nations IPCC process. If there is a consensus among American scientists, it is in opposition to the human-caused global warming hypothesis." They believe we have more legitimate areas to focus upon: AIDS, autism and cancer.

From The Weather Channel founder, John Coleman, "It is the greatest scam in history. I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global warming; it is a SCAM. Some dastardly scientists with environmental and political motives manipulated long term scientific data to create (an illusion) of rapid global warming. Their friends in government steered huge research grants their way to keep the movement going. Soon they claimed to be a consensus."

Climate change is the new catchphrase of the globalists. They like to quote things that have been published as if that alone gives the topic credibility. I can show much that has been published that isn't worth the paper it was printed on, i.e., "Dewey beats Truman" or items from the National Enquirer. Unfortunately "If you see it in The Sun, it's so" is not a reality.

A study by scientists at Harvard shows that the warming and cooling cycles of Earth and Neptune correlate with solar activity. Climate change is occurring on other planets and man is not expending fossil fuels there? In any valid scientific research, there is always a control group. Next we have from the NCDC (the world's largest active archive of weather data.) "The Milankovitch theory of climate change is an explanation for changes in the seasons which result from changes in the Earth's orbit around the sun. Milankovitch calculated the slow changes in the Earth's orbit by careful measurements of the position of the stars, and through equations using the gravitational pull of other planets and stars. He determined the Earth "wobbles" in its orbit. Orbital changes occur over thousands of years, and the climate system may also take thousands of years to respond to orbital forcing." "The authoritative SPPI composite index of global mean surface temperature shows a pronounced downtrend for eight full years. Not one of the climate models relied upon by the IPCC had predicted this downturn! So now we are freezing to death?

Clean air and water are absolute necessities. Mankind-made global climate change is proven along the scale of spitting into the ocean. You are reading this in the News-Leader, so it must be so, Virginia.
